What if your team took over a film set?

A team building programme that leaves you with more than good memories: it builds real skills. It is hands-on training where your team learns to work in sync in a high-pressure, highly creative environment – the Cinescope film studio.

We have created an intensive simulation in which, in a single day, your employees become a professional TV commercial crew whose task is to shoot a commercial or a manifesto smoothly and creatively.

Key skills

On a film set, nobody can do someone else's job. The director can't take over the camera, and the camera operator can't play the actor's part. You will learn to trust your colleagues' expertise and let them do their job without interfering.

A set is noisy and time is expensive. You will learn not only to hear instructions, but to understand them the first time.

What if the sun disappears or a prop breaks? Your team will learn not to panic, and to find a creative solution together within minutes.

You will see how different departments (creative, production and post-production) come together as one seamless machine.

Film professionals will show you how screen magic is made and teach you to work with light, sound and image.
